1. About Us
Fabulous Flowers and Gifts is now trading as Daily Blooms Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We are a New Zealand owned florist retail business selling fresh flowers and gift products online and from our retail store.
By purchasing from our website or in-store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Application of New Zealand Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the:
- Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA)
- Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA)
Where goods are purchased for personal use, your rights under the CGA apply.
Where goods are purchased for business purposes, the CGA does not apply.
3. Product Information & Substitutions
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. While we make every effort to match the images displayed on our website:
- Flower varieties, colours, and packaging may vary due to seasonal availability.
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers or gift items with products of equal or greater value.
- The overall style, colour palette, and value of the arrangement will always be maintained.

4. Freshness & Care
All flowers leave our store in fresh condition and are carefully prepared for transport using wet wraps and water sources where required.
Flower longevity depends on:
- Care after delivery
- Environmental conditions
- Following the care instructions provided
We cannot guarantee lifespan if care instructions are not followed.
5. Delivery
We use professional couriers and drivers to deliver orders.
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided:
- Responsibility passes to the recipient
- We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss after delivery
- If no one is home, flowers may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct.
We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, weather events, or courier delays beyond our control.
6. Same Day & Timed Deliveries
Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off times and availability.
We do not guarantee delivery at a specific time unless this has been pre-arranged and confirmed with us.
7. Refunds & Issues
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will offer a remedy where products are:
- Not of acceptable quality
- Not as described
- Damaged on arrival
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect addresses supplied
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Minor natural variations in flowers
Each situation is assessed individually.
8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been prepared or dispatched.
During peak trading periods (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas), cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed.
9. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared.
10. Gift Items & Hampers
Gift products and hampers may be substituted with items of equal or greater value if stock is unavailable.
Packaging and presentation may vary.
11. Website Use
All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of Daily Blooms Limited and may not be copied or used without permission.
12. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to process orders and communicate with customers in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
